Code of Conduct
The Allen Bandits are committed to a positive, respectful environment for everyone. All coaches, players, parents, officials, and spectators are expected to uphold the following standards.
Parent's Code of Conduct
- Support your child's desire to participate and help keep the experience enjoyable.
- Encourage good sportsmanship and respect for all participants.
- Avoid yelling at players, coaches, or officials. Model positivity and respect.
- Emphasize skill development, effort, and teamwork over wins and losses.
- Recognize and appreciate the commitment of volunteer coaches and team staff.
Spectator's Code of Conduct
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect for all participants.
- Refrain from taunting, disruptive behavior, profanity, or inappropriate gestures.
- Support positive play and fair competition for both teams.
- Help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone in the rink.
