Code of Conduct

The Allen Bandits are committed to a positive, respectful environment for everyone. All coaches, players, parents, officials, and spectators are expected to uphold the following standards.

• Play for enjoyment and work hard to improve your skills.
• Be a positive teammate and always demonstrate sportsmanship.
• Be punctual and prepared for all team activities.
• Respect coaches, teammates, opponents, parents, and officials at all times.
• Never argue with an official's decision.

• Winning is important, but player development, enjoyment, and well-being are the highest priorities.
• Serve as a positive role model — demonstrate emotional maturity, professionalism, and respect for player safety.
• Provide constructive feedback consistently and fairly. Avoid public criticism or yelling.
• Foster confidence, self-esteem, and skill development in every athlete.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with parents regarding team goals and expectations.
