Dispute Resolution Policy

Disputes may arise during the season. The Allen Bandits are committed to resolving all disputes fairly, consistently, and respectfully, with the goal of restoring positive relationships whenever possible.

• The 24-Hour Rule applies to parent-coach communications: parents may not contact a coach until at least 24 hours after a game or practice.
• Player ice time, position assignments, and team discipline are at the sole discretion of the coaching staff.
• Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Director of Hockey and, if necessary, to a review panel.
• Matters involving serious misconduct are referred immediately to the appropriate TAHA authority.
